At a time when its major productions are reeling under the SAG-AFTRA strike, Netflix is holding firm to its repute as a content-maker. Riding fresh on the backs of success brought upon by its most recent in-house production, One Piece, the streaming giant is in no mood to slow down. Amidst the WGA green light, several projects received the nod to move ahead with writing and pre-production. In the midst of it, a revival of its fortunes also seems to have taken place, as two of its flagship faces are all but set to return.
The streamer is holding no steam back as it bets big on another of its franchises. Continuing right where the previous set left off, here is what is in store.
<h2>The Enola Holmes franchise is reportedly back to active development</h2>
Netflix is leaving nothing to fate after its record-breaking success with One Piece. While the Eiichiro Oda masterpiece sets on talks of its second season, the streamer has some movement with its popular detective saga’s third outing. As per reports, Enola Holmes 3 is in development with <a href="https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/henry-cavill/">Henry Cavill</a> as Sherlock Holmes and <a href="https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/millie-bobby-brown/">Millie Bobby Brown</a> as Enola. Additionally, the upcoming project is set to drive the plot forward in cohesion of continuity with its second installment.

The third entry will have the teenage detective realize that running her agency is no walk in the park. The plot will also explore the investigation into a bouquet of death-themed flowers delivered to Dr. Watson. Enola’s fate with her mother as well as her quest to outsmart her brother shall also continue. Resplendent with the theme of handing more power to women, the Victorian-era story will further Enola&#8217;s sleuthing skills.
