“Heart of the movie”- ‘Damsel’ Director Fresnadillo on How Millie Bobby Brown Takes Centre Stage in the Upcoming Fantasy Adventure

Millie Bobby Brown [https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/millie-bobby-brown/] started
her acting career early and made a name even earlier. Her potency to decode
varied genres was evidenced by her depiction in Stranger Things
[https://netflixjunkie.com/tag/stranger-things/]and Enola Holmes. While fans are
waiting for Eleven to break a leg for the finale, the surrounding anticipation
presenting a diverse portrayal in Juan Carlos Fresnadillo’s Damsel is now
keeping them on a high tide.

Even with high hopes of expectancy, the pushback whispers of Damsel nudged
sounder anticipation. Especially now more than ever, given the filmmaker teased
the fandom with Millie Bobby Brown taking primacy for the film.

FRESNADILLO TAGS MILLIE BOBBY BROWN AS THE “HEART OF THE MOVIE”

Millie Bobby Brown took the central stage in Stranger Things with Eleven’s
psychokinetic portrayal in people’s minds. And it seems she’s all set to do with
Damsel as well as the director, Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, talked about it. He
said that the actress was “the heart of the movie,” in an interview with Tudum.

Further, he also pledged his audience to keep an “open mind”.

Fresnadillo also ensured that her portrayal would be nothing similar to the
roles she has played, despite the genre. He also praised Millie Bobby Brown for
acquiring the “quality” of the stars at such an early period. While her take on
fantasy drama is enlivening yet again in Damsel, her depiction as a traditional
princess is making fans count days.

fantasy realm unveils.

WHEN WILL FRESNADILLO’S DAMSEL RELEASE?

Juan Carlos Fresnadillo also mentioned, “This is a journey that’s going to take
you into a universe that you thought you knew.” If that is not the cue for
something new, it is hard to envision what is. With the promise of attaining
something different also comes expectations for it to be unleashed sooner.
Initially, Damsel was supposed to hit Netflix by October 2023.
