Netflix unveils its latest horror masterpiece that will be making its way to their library just days before the spookiest day of the year.

4 Days Before Halloween, Netflix Plans to Release a Sequel to the 2017 Thriller ‘Verónica&#8217;

With spooky season just around the corner, it is no surprise that Netflix is
restocking its library with brand-new horror thrillers. The streaming giant is
known for its large variety of genres to choose from. However, during this time
of year, only one genre seems to captivate everyone. Whether you love it or hate
it, it is hard to deny that horror is not the perfect vibe for Halloween.

But this year, it looks like Netflix may be upping its game with a sequel to one
of its freakiest films to date, Verónica. The film has all the makings of a
perfect horror film, teenagers, and an Ouija board that puts the kids in touch
with a demon.


NETFLIX UNVEILS PLANS FOR A HORROR SEQUEL

Recently, Netflix took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to give their fans
something to look forward to. The page shared a video clip announcing the
upcoming sequel named, Sister Death. While it gave fans a peek into what to
expect, the post also revealed when people could expect the film.
Unsurprisingly, the film would be added to the streaming platform’s library on
October 27, just 4 days before the spookiest day of the year.

While it may have intrigued their followers, the film will focus on the origin
story of the demon in the first film, Verónica. From the clip that was shared,
it is evident that the film is going to be filled with jump scares and plot
twists that no one will see coming. With the official trailer here, horror
enthusiasts are already losing their minds over how good the upcoming film
directed by Paco Plaza will be.

With nearly a decade gone by, Netflix finally decided to unveil its plans for
Sister Death. While the film may not boast the previous cast, this one is also
set to dazzle considering the trailer that was released. It is set in post-war
Spain, where a girl arrives at a former convent to teach young students.
However, after spending some time there, she soon finds out that the place is
haunted, similar to Verónica. 



Though the trailer shows fans that she uncovers the secrets of the convent in
strange ways, fans will only find out how the story unfolds when they tune in on
October 27th to give it a watch. But until then, fans at least have the
terrifying prequel that can always be rewatched.
