The Royal Family of Great Britain has been making the headlines continuously over the past few months. Ever since the death of Queen Elizabeth III, everyone from especially Prince Harry and Meghan has become a hot topic and fans can’t get enough of the drama that revolves out of them. Furthermore, thanks to the recent documentary series on Netflix, the couple’s popularity has skyrocketed.

London, as we all know, is extremely popular for its pubs and local bars. These places hold a great deal of importance for the people and have been deeply rooted in their culture. Most of the social and political discussions among the masses happen at these places. As of late, the Royal Family has become popular subject to discuss about especially in London. Everyone has an opinion on it, so does a pub in West London who did something very peculiar.
A pub in West London goes viral after it names a drink after Prince Harry
Recently, the Netflix television series, Harry and Meghan, that gives the audience an insight about how the Royal Family works made its way to our screens. The show has become a subject of discussion among the masses, with fans storming the internet with their reviews. While some have severely criticized the show, others hailed it as “nothing to not like.” However, a pub in West London decided to do something unexpected.

Recently, the Duke of Sussex pub in Chiswick decided to dedicate a beer, namely “Harry’s Bitter” to Prince Harry. This happened shortly after the release of the third episode of the documentary series. A local even took to Twitter after he discovered this new drink. The Twitter user wrote, Kudos to the Duke of Sussex pub in Chiswick (West London) for this beautifully British riposte to Harry & Meghan’s self-pitying Netflix show. Fittingly, with only 3.9% alcohol, “Harry’s Bitter” is as weak as its namesake..
Interestingly, the badge on the beer tap is that of Prince Harry itself in the red and blue theme. However, the drink is weak with very little alcohol content. While some fans played along with the tweet, others found it unnecessarily mean.
