Fearless and Quiet Makes the Best Duo in Netflix’s ‘Ivy & Bean’

Adapted from the best-selling children’s books written by Annie Barrows Ivy & Bean is a short film that follows the life of two estranged friends. Ivy is a quiet and thoughtful kid whereas Bean is exactly the opposite: exuberant and fearless. Netflix bought the exclusive rights of all the twelve books to bring them on screen. This wildly popular book series is the perfect fusion of fun and adventure that will be an intriguing watch.

Ivy & Bean is all about becoming yourself and embracing who you are
The live-action comedy centers around Ivy and Bean who are forced by their families to spend time together despite not having any particular liking towards each other where Bean considers her neighbor a regular kid and Ivy thinks her a bit strange. However, they become best pals after spending time together. The story is adorable that tells the viewers two opposite people can be the best duo.
Moreover, the little girls take on secret adventures and explore new things in the movie as we see them admitting to Ballet classes. The energetic Bean looks adorable wearing a crown, robe, and scepter in her hand.
There are several scenes in the runtime of 56 minutes that will make you fall in love with these kids since the small girls have their way to tangle things and aren’t afraid to show what they feel.

Furthermore, as reported by Romper Netflix will launch the sequel titled Ivy + Bean: The Ghost That Had To Go. This movie will dive into a spooky theme where the girls will discover a haunted bathroom in their school. And lastly, there will be Ivy + Bean: Doomed To Dance, which will test their ballet skills. So much fun is awaiting and this movie is definitely worth watching, especially for kids.
