The UK celebrations continue with an Upside Down Christmas tree at Waterloo Station, and Hawkins’ radio station WSQK broadcasting ’80s tracks until January 1, keeping the final-season buzz alive.

The action then shifts to the US on December 28 with One Last Adventure: Las Vegas, an outdoor spectacle recreating iconic Stranger Things moments through a dramatic sky-lit show and surprise giveaways. Netflix has encouraged attendees to dress in ’80s gear and bundle up for the cold weather. The farewell then, obviously, wraps with Stranger Things finale watch parties in select US and Canadian theaters on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
While there are remaining fan activities tied to the conclusive chapter of the beloved Netflix sci-fi, the events that have already happened were no less thrilling.
How Netflix kicked off the fan fests for Stranger Things ahead of Season 5 debut
First came the November 6 Los Angeles premiere of the latest Stranger Things installment, where the streaming giant invited the city’s fans to sign up for a red carpet interaction with the cast and showrunners of the franchise. Then, on November 23, a self-guided bike ride on Melrose Avenue took place, complete with merchandise giveaways and photo opportunities.
New York, on November 27, then witnessed Stranger Things take over the Macy’s Day Parade with a float. The UK, meanwhile, hosted a screening for episode one of Stranger Things on November 13. As Hawkins-themed events continue to light up cities across the US and UK, fans are sure savoring the final moments in the world of Hawkins.
