Now that the cast of the teen series is confirmed, all eyes are on why the series Crew Girl promises to be different from other teen drama shows.

What is the story of Crew Girl?

The show Crew Girl follows a 16-year-old competitive rower, Teagan, after a family scandal involving her father as she moves to the East Coast with her mother and enrolls at an elite prep school. Since the school does not have a girls’ rowing team, Teagan has to join the boys’ crew as its coxswain. And with that, she must take on the challenge of helping the struggling team improve.

However, as Teagan struggles to adjust to the new school and team, she also gets in the middle of drama and rivalry between Josh Regis and Cam Dillinger. Her rowing ambitions become intertwined with the tensions within the crew. The drama, promising romance, and rivalry are certainly a tantalizing watch among the rom-coms on the platform.
