The 26-year-old recently bought a penthouse in one of the poshest areas of NYC. The apartment that she now owns is enormous and is located in Manhattan’s TriBeCa district. This full-size penthouse is located is 443 Greenwich St., which is also home to many of the most widely recognized faces, including Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

The house that Gates bought is worth $51 million. According to NBC New York, the 8,900 sq ft penthouse residence offers a 3,400 square foot outside area with a plunge pool. One of the reasons behind the popularity of the building is the abundance of natural light that comes into it. There are two vanity facilities, six restrooms, and six bedrooms in it. The magnificent building is a piece of work and is designed by the architectural firm CetraRuddy.

Gates, who is also a medical student, is married to Egyptian-American equestrian champion Nayel Nassar. The couple got married in the year 2021 and they are very happy together. In fact, there might be a reason for them to buy this house in Manhattan.

The apartment is not the only new thing in Jennifer Gates’ life

The eldest daughter of the co-founder of Microsoft is on a loop of welcoming new things in her life. In addition to buying a new apartment, the 26-year-old recently became a mother for the first time. She gave birth to a baby girl on March 4 this year.

She posted a picture of the baby’s feet and wrote, “Sending love from our healthy little family.” This little girl is the first grandchild of Bill Gates and his ex-wife, Melinda Frech Gates. This baby could be the reason behind Jennifer Gates shifting into the house.

The three-story penthouse owned by Gates is the biggest of the 53 residences in the complex. It includes a couple of the property’s Fifteen car spaces and also has accessibility to a separate elevator and personal elevator bank.
