Meghan Markle retired from acting when she married Prince Harry in order to help him with his endeavors. While many maintained that they were happy for her as she joined the royal family, others wondered what she would do now that she was a royal. Contrary to popular belief, Meghan Markle did not entail just sitting and batting her eyelashes. Being a senior royal member required a lot of work, as you represent the institution in its entirety wherever you go. In a video from The Lion King UK premiere in 2019, the couple could be seen chatting with Jon Favreau. “If anyone needs any extra voiceover work, we can make ourselves available,” Prince Harry said in the viral video. Markle further joked, “That’s really why we are here-to pitch!“.
