Season 3 of America’s Sweethearts is back on Netflix with a brand-new set of dancers fighting to become a part of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders of the NFL. As the competition is becoming more and more challenging, each contestant needs to demonstrate their talent as well as determination and professionalism during the training camps. Viewers get a backstage insight into what dedication, passion, and persistence it takes to become part of the prestigious team, both for those who have already made it and for rookies trying to achieve their lifelong dream. 

The competition is fiercer than ever as a new group of hopefuls chase their dream of becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. 

Meet the Cast of America’s Sweethearts Season 3

The third season is a culmination of returning veterans fighting for their spot on the squad, and talented rookies chasing a dream of a lifetime. The dancers making their way through one of the most competitive audition seasons yet in America’s Sweethearts Season 3, some even from as far as away as New Zealand. 

Anna Kate - Anna Kate is a third-year DCC candidate and a financial planner who took ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary dance classes before being enrolled at Texas Christian University. Influenced by her family members, including a previous member of DCC, Caroline, Anna Kate highly appreciates dedication, leadership, and assisting people in achieving their objectives.

Ariel – A promising dancer from Louisiana, Ariel, who is currently a second-year candidate, is a dance instructor who danced with the LSU Tiger Girls and won the national championship with them. She is very grateful to her teammates for their help with the DCC audition, which needed enthusiasm and commitment. 

Ava – As a second-year candidate, Ava learned different styles of dancing such as ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and modern. Being previously a performer with Springfield Ballet Company and the University of Kentucky Dance Team, she is fond of the international growth and competitiveness of the DCC community. Tori, Megan, Madeline, Lea, Kylie, Kelly, Kelee are also veteran team members returning for the new season.

Dayton – Linked to the DCC since before she was even born, Dayton is a third time auditioning candidate rookie on the team. 

Brenley – Born in Dallas-Fort Worth, Brenley is a 23-year-old rookie team member being introduced this season. 

Charly – Hailing from California, Charly has been dancing for 16 years before participating in Arizona State University’s dance team. Having reached the finals in 2023, she overcame numerous difficulties along her way, such as scoliosis.

Kleine – This fifth-year DCC hopeful is from Kentucky and holds the positions of digital media specialist and video editor. The adventurous individual gives credit to her family and husband for always supporting her, and describes authenticity as  her strongest trait inside and outside the field. 

Reece – From Jacksonville, Florida, Reece is a third-year DCC candidate with the roles of creative content coordinator and floral designer. A deeply religious individual who finds happiness in small things, she enjoys listening to Disney tunes and takes her years of dancing experience to the squad with optimism.  

Faith – Faith, a dancer, is from New Zealand and was successful enough to earn several titles in the field prior to dancing professionally on cruise lines. Her dream is to be the first-ever New Zealand cheerleader of DCC, and she credits resilience and self-confidence for pursuing it. 

Savanna – Savannah's name comes from the movie called Savannah Smiles. She reportedly always had the desire to become a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Having attended DCC preparations as a teen, she is now focused on qualities of professionalism, preparation, consistency, and authenticity.

Parker – Having been raised in Texas, Parker started out wanting to become a consultant, but then decided that dancing was what she loved. Before joining the company, Parker danced for DCC’s Rhythm and Blue dance crew and is fond of completing Rubik’s cubes, traveling, and her dogs. 

Emily A. – As someone who originally hails from Medford, Oregon, Emily had performed for almost a year on a cruise ship before joining DCC. Her time on the ship changed her attitude towards self-discipline and gave her confidence and motivation to achieve her goals.\

Jenna - While Jenna takes pride in being able to recite the alphabet backwards and being double-jointed, it was her dancers' streak that has landed her on the rookie half of the team for America's Sweetheart season 3. Her passion that has been lit ever since she turned 2 has landed her right where she was perhaps meant to be, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader team.

Meanwhile, behind the glamour of game day lies a demanding journey filled with intense auditions, tough evaluations, and unwavering determination.

The Season 3 of America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, which is one of the top 10 Sports docuseries on Netflixthrows the viewers back into the high-pressure world of DCC auditions as hopefuls fight for a spot on one of the most iconic cheerleading squads in the world. This rigorous selection process, this time for the 2025-26 NFL season, demands that all returning veterans and talented newcomers demonstrate exceptional skill, dedication, and professionalism. As the organization’s popularity continues to rise around the world, the contest for a coveted spot becomes more intense.

As per Tudum, since there are 30 veterans from the previous year’s contestants who will be trying out this year, there are only six places left for the rookies. In Season 3, which is airing currently, the award-winning director Greg Whiteley will again track the progress of some of the returning favorites such as Reece, Kleine, and Charly, along with newcomers such as Savanna, Parker, and Faith, who traveled from New Zealand to Dallas to try their luck.
