It was undoubtedly a major bonding experience for the Ingalls, according to the young actor, who calls herself a big Swiftie. Halsey told People that she, Skywalker Hughes, and Crosby Fitzgerald became friends because they were all Swifties, and she even persuaded Luke Bracey, her co-star, to enjoy the pop star's songs.

“Listen, I am a Swiftie beyond your imagination. I absolutely love her. I love all of her songs. I think that that was definitely a big bonding thing for us Ingalls,” said Halsey

Before introducing Bracey, playing Pa, to Taylor Swift's music, Halsey, who plays Laura Ingalls, claimed that she and Hughes, who plays Laura's sister Mary, clicked right away because they both adore the singer. Fitzgerald, playing Ma, revealed that the actor has progressively accepted Swift's catalog and has even been urged to watch Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour. 

Halsey quipped while speaking to PEOPLE that the cast frequently performed 'Anti-Hero' until Bracey became a fan. Fitzgerald praised Evermore, while Halsey listed 'Reputation' as one of her favorites, as the cast discussed their favorite songs and albums. It seems like even the Ingalls are not immune to the allure of Taylor Swift’s voice.

However, there is more to the reason than just Taylor Swift's music that bonded the cast so tightly.

The Little House on the Prairie ensemble claimed that spending time together in between scenes contributed to the development of an authentic family dynamic on screen, in addition to their mutual appreciation of Taylor Swift's music. Cosby Fitzgerald claimed that the crew frequently sang, joked, and played games together while filming, which made it simple to develop the closeness amongst the Ingalls family in the series. 

Luke Bracey, who joked, expressed similar thoughts that working with his youthful co-stars largely included laughing, with acting taking place in between. The first season of Little House on the Prairie is already out on Netflix. The reboot honors Laura Ingalls Wilder’s classic story.
