Last October, Deadline announced that Adam Sandler has joined forces with Josh and Benny Safdie for a new project. It wouldn’t be too much to say that this kind of role has become effortless for him considering the performance he has in Hustle. This is the second time Sandler will be working with Safdies after their 2019 film Uncut Gems. If one goes with the raving reviews that this crime thriller received, we can expect something huge this time too.
According to the rumors, Benicio del Toro and Megan the Stallion might be joining him in this forthcoming film, which hopefully begins shooting in the second quarter of 2023. However, it is important to note that the creators have not commented on these speculations. Meanwhile, the SNL star is already working on his other Netflix projects, which will be released this summer.
