Back in 2016, the then-Suits actress appeared for an interview about how her fashion is different from her on-screen personality, Rachel Zane. As she was explaining, a drilling noise disturbed the entire shot, and they eventually had to shoot it again. Now what caught the attention of body language experts is her reaction to it. Expert Judi James suggested that more often than not, actors are aware of the fact that some outside drill will agitate their flow. What matters is their reaction to it.

Markle could have reacted grumpy or annoyed, she instead smiled and joked about it saying, “pausing to the sound” even making the cameraman laugh. According to James, this does suggest her cheeky personality or “good-natured sweetness.” Judi further explained to Express that the true colors of any performer’s personality often come during the outtakes. So according to her, Markle’s reaction to the disturbance exhibited her “good-natured” self.
The interview took place just two months before Meghan Markle went on her very first date with Prince Harry
