You may remember Paul Rudd for his charming role in Alicia Silverstone’s
Clueless. He played the character completely besotted with Alicia to perfection.
But the man also has some great comedic chops, which he showcased in the 2012
comedy film, This is 40. And despite the title, Rudd still looked as ageless as
ever!

in one of her earliest roles. Before she was so done with everybody doing drugs
and having sex on Euphoria, she played an annoying teenage daughter to Rudd!

This is 40 is a humorous take on the midlife crisis of a couple, Pete and
Debbie. Both of them are entering their 40s, but they are not too happy about
it. Debbie can not come to terms with her aging body, and her dad’s snide
remarks do not make it any better. Her boutique is also just breaking even. As
for Pete, he is already struggling with his indie music record label, and his
dad compounds his money problems.



Add to the mix Pete and Debbie’s unruly kids who hate each other. With
increasing debt and strained relationships, the couple needs every support they
can get from their employees, trainers, friends, and family to get through this
midlife crisis.  The movie stars the ageless Paul Rudd, Leslie Mann, Iris

was a complete family affair? For those unaware, Judd Apatow is married to
Leslie Mann, and they share daughters, Iris and Maude. In addition, Rudd was
down for some hilarious stunts, like getting naked for entertainment purposes,
but not okay with the hemorrhoid scene on the film’s poster! Apparently, he was
also unhappy with the toilet scene in the poster.
