donated huge amounts to charity. But what differentiated Bill Russell from other
great personalities was that he was a man of many talents. The NBA legend whose
skills on the court were only surpassed by his benevolent and kind nature off
the court.

Bill was an active Civil Rights activist who fought for society’s betterment
till his last breath. And now that the incredible soul is no more with us, the
Netflix documentary about him will allow us to relive all his great
accomplishments.


NETFLIX BILL RUSSELL DOCUMENTARY TO RELEASE POSTHUMOUSLY

Earlier this year, it was announced that streaming giant Netflix was going to
make a documentary based on the life and achievements of William Felton Russell.
Bill, who earned immense fame while playing for Boston Celtics

1969, passed away today. In a statement released by his family today, it was
announced that the 11-time NBA champion passed away “peacefully” with his family
beside him.
