Almost a decade since the first movie, Zootopia 2 finally arrived in theatres, becoming an instant smash hit. And now its streaming demand has climbed to new heights because watching the animated blockbuster once is not enough.

It is highly likely to arrive on the studio’s proprietary platform, Disney+, for streaming and not on Netflix. 

However, as of December 2025, Disney still has not declared any official date for the inclusion of the film on the Disney+ streaming service. It continues to be available only in theaters globally. Meanwhile, the first film is currently streaming on Disney+.

Statistically, Zootopia 2 could hit Disney+ by March 2026, taking an educated guess on Disney’s November 2024 release of Moana 2, which arrived on streaming platforms in early 2025.
