Few television worlds have lingered in pop culture quite like Peaky Blinders. The clang of factory steel, the smoky glow of The Garrison, and Thomas Shelby walking through fire with Nick Cave echoing in the background have become visual shorthand for prestige crime drama. More than a decade after its debut, Steven Knight's Birmingham underworld still commands the kind of loyalty that makes every new chapter feel like another "order of the Peaky Blinders."

For fans who have already made the pilgrimage to Birmingham through attractions like The Peaky Blinders Museum and filming locations scattered across the city, London is now preparing something far more ambitious.

With Peaky Blinders continuing to find new audiences on Netflix while the franchise expands beyond the recently released Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, the brand is taking another bold leap. Peaky Blinders: Underworld will open in London starting August 13, as per the Peaky Blinders: Underworld website. The immersive experience will let visitors transport into the criminal empire of Thomas Shelby through live actors, interactive gameplay, and cinematic set pieces inspired by the hit series.

Rather than functioning as a traditional exhibition, the attraction places guests inside the narrative, says the Peaky Blinders website. Those brave enough can even attempt to earn a place within the Peaky Blinders ranks by completing challenges throughout the experience. Produced through Banijay UK labels Kudos and Garrison Drama, the franchise continues to expand as two next-generation television series are already in production for expected releases in 2027 and 2028.

The announcement becomes even more tempting once practical details enter the picture. Between an authentic pub setting, flexible ticket options, and a central London location, the experience appears designed for both diehard Shelby loyalists and curious first-time visitors.

Everything fans should know before stepping into the Underworld

The experience lets visitors roam familiar locations, including the recreated Garrison Tavern, The Bookies, Chinatown, and the Small Heath Fairground, with each stop presenting missions, encounters, and shifting allegiances. It begins at the recreated Garrison Tavern, located at 8 Bermondsey Street, London Bridge, SE1 2ER, where visitors can enter free of charge for drinks, live music, and finger food, even without purchasing an experience ticket. Hidden behind the tavern sits the ticketed Underworld attraction, ensuring that every guest starts their evening exactly where Tommy Shelby would expect them to.

The venue will operate from Tuesday through Sunday starting August 13.

Tickets are already on sale through the official Peaky Blinders London website, with prices beginning at £19.95, while premium and VIP packages are also available for those wanting added perks. Visitors can choose preferred dates and time slots during booking, making it easy to plan a visit around a London itinerary. Between the immersive storytelling, actor-led encounters, exclusive merchandise, and the unmistakable atmosphere of The Garrison, Peaky Blinders: Underworld promises to be one of this summer's most ambitious television-inspired experiences.

As the Shelby legacy continues evolving beyond the screen, London is offering fans the closest thing yet to walking through Tommy Shelby's world.
