According to Deadline, Netflix has officially greenlighted a new scripted series titled Breakers, which will feature Antony Starr in the lead role. Beyond his starring performance, Starr will also serve as an executive producer for this psychological thriller. The production is currently underway in Western Australia and is scheduled to conclude filming by June 2026.

The plot follows two American backpackers who discover a seemingly idyllic community of surfers during their travels through Australia.
