Tensions rise between Meghan Markle and Netflix as their dispute has reached a new height. Markle and Prince Harry's long-standing partnership with the streamer has turned even more sour, with reports revealing greater controversies brewing inside their quaint Montecito sanctuary. Recently, the With Love, Meghan star got accused of disrupting real-life meetings with the streaming titan's executives, which did not go as smoothly, it seems.  

Not all is rainbows and flower sprinklers on a cupcake for the lifestyle-cooking show host, as Netflix seems to be done.

New reports revealed that Meghan Markle stormed out of Netflix meetings when executives failed to meet her expectations. Variety's insider revealed that Markle would leave Zoom meetings mid-conversation when she encountered topics she found unacceptable or offensive. She would reportedly disappear for long hours, leaving the streamer's marketing executives hanging.

However, the situation develops through multiple perspectives. The legal team of the Sussexes stated that Markle's meeting exits could represent her standard work-time arrangements, which include raising her children and the duties that come with it.

"[Markle] often encounters children who enter the space unexpectedly during a meeting," Markle’s lawyer, Michael J. Kump, wrote in a letter to Variety.

“Independent of being a parent who works from home, Meghan is also conscious of shielding her team from the distraction of children. Nearly all professionals can attest to needing to turn off the audio or camera during a virtual meeting at some point during many hours of virtual business calls," Kump added.

What further aggravates the conflicting business relationship between Netflix and the Royal couple are several other allegations against Markle's behavior during the said meetings. However, the Sussexes' legal representatives have continued to defend their clients against the allegations, declaring that those claims provide incorrect, misogynistic, and hateful descriptions of Markle.

Not just with her alleged notorious absence but also with her disturbing presence, the Duchess of Sussex continues to attract scrutiny through both her words and her actions.

According to Variety's report, some insiders have accused Meghan Markle of interrupting Prince Harry’s thoughts mid-sentence. She would reportedly talk over him by making distracting gestures, like touching his arm or thigh, while the virtual and in-person sessions with Netflix executives continued.

However, Michael J. Kump has extracted a misogynistic characterization of Markle out of the claims that paint her as bossing her husband around. Meanwhile, Prince Harry has also condemned the allegations as categorically false, per Variety.

The claims have arrived at a sensitive time in Markle’s professional journey, as her partnership with Netflix continues to deteriorate following the end of her and Prince Harry’s original multi-million-dollar deal. The couple produced two projects named Harry & Meghan and With Love, Meghan, but recent reports have shown their business activities at present have experienced mixed outcomes, and not the best kind.
