Extraterrestrial is co-produced, written, and edited by the Vicious Brothers. Geoff McLean also serves as a producer on the film. It stars Brittany Allen as April, Freddie Stroma as Kyle, Melanie Papalia as Melanie, Jesse Moss as Seth, Anja Savcic as Lex, Gil Bellows as Sheriff Murphy, and Michael Ironside as Travis, Sean Rogerson as Deputy Mitchell, Emily Perkins as Nancy McPherson, Mike Kovac as Clerk, Ian Brown as Farmer, and Fred Keating as Mike.

Mackenzie Gray as Man in Black, Reese Alexander as Military Officer, Buddy as Rusty, and Jacob Tremblay as Matty round out the cast.
