Like it or not, the former Geralt, Henry Cavill, has taken his farewell from The Witcher, and slowly but steadily, the new one, Liam Hemsworth, is settling in like a versed monster hunter. On the very day discussions started about this significant change, beyond the dismayed fans, a palpable sense of disappointment weighed heavily on Cavill’s co-stars, Freya Allan and Anya Chalotra. However, the new Geralt appears to have already made an impact, dispelling initial skepticism for Allan. 

Reflecting on this, Allan recently shared insights about collaborating with Hemsworth as he steps into the role to introduce his version of Geralt of Rivia.

She admitted that “he’s lovely” and “really, really sweet” as a person while complimenting Hemsworth’s down-to-earth nature.

Allan further seized the opportunity to praise the director, Sergio Mimica-Gezzan, recognizing his contribution to facilitating this transition smoothly and initiating the production on a positive note, all the while ensuring it was enjoyable. Additionally, the actress provided some insight into her own storyline in the fourth installment, expressing excitement about the abundance of compelling material to portray. Overall, it appears that Allan has also warmed up to the new portrayal of Geralt, largely evident in her satisfaction with the entire process.
