Gaten Matarazzo recently spoke with Elite Daily, where he was asked if there was a character he wished his character had more scenes with. The Stranger Things actor revealed that he wishes there was more Mike, Lucas, and Dustin stuff.
“That first season, Dustin was always with Mike and Lucas, looking for Will and learning about Eleven. There's something so special there," Matarazzo said.
"Anytime I see them on screen together, there's a little bit of jealousy,” he added.
Matarazzo's admission shows just how close the cast of the beloved Netflix title is, where even on screen distance between them is difficult.

Further in his interview with Elite Daily, Gaten Matarazzo revealed which actor he would want to work with in the future. The actor named Nathan Lane as someone he would like to watch and learn from.
Matarazzo voiced that he believes there is no perfect actor, but about Lane, he said he has never seen him do something that he has not found completely captivating. Matarazzo putting the name of his dream co-star out there is more than relevant today, with Stranger Things approaching its conclusion.
The sci-fi saga that has kept the world entertained with mind-bending twists and theories since 2016 is set to wrap up as early as this month.

Stranger Things season 5, volume one, comprising episodes 1 to 4, dropped on November 26. The show’s volume 2, with episodes five to seven, will arrive on Christmas Day, while the final hurrah of not only the season but the entire franchise will debut on New Year’s Eve, with this episode also being available in select theaters to ensure a truly grand farewell for the show.
