And during Haymitch's Hunger Games, each district was required to double their tributes, which made 4 tributes. Joseph Zada stars as Haymitch, alongside Whitney Peak as Lenore Dove Baird. The cast also includes Ralph Fiennes as President Snow, Elle Fanning as Effie Trinket, and Glenn Close as Drusilla Sickle.
