One Piece Season 2 will reunite the core of the Straw Hat crew, with Iñaki Godoy returning as Monkey D. Luffy alongside Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. Also back in the mix are Jeff Ward as Buggy and Michael Dorman as Gol D. Roger. 

Among the newcomers are Callum Kerr as Captain Smoker, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, Brendan Sean Murray as Brogy, Werner Coetser as Dorry, Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek and Joe Manganiello as the villainous Mr. 0. 

The season will also feature Mikaela Hoover as the voice of Tony Tony Chopper, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk, Rob Colletti as Wapol, Ty Keogh as Dalton, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra, Clive Russell as Crocus, Rigo Sanchez as Dragon, James Hiroyuki Liao as Ipponmatsu, Yonda Thomas as Igaram, Mark Penwill as Chess and Anton David Jeftha as K.M.

Netflix has confirmed that One Piece Season 2 will premiere on March 10, 2026. Production began in July 2024 in South Africa, with first-look images released in August 2025. The series continues under showrunners Matt Owens and Joe Tracz, with Eiichiro Oda remaining closely involved as executive producer. The show has already secured a Season 3, which makes an evaluation of the plot promises of Season 2 essential.
