But because of one moment, the actor also had to lose almost everything. Recently, Stephen A. Smith, who is a television personality, sports radio host, and sports journalist, opened up about rejecting Will for playing his role in the biopic.

When the journalist appeared on a late-night talk show, which airs on Comedy Central, he talked about who should play him in his biopic. He said, “Dammit it would’ve been Will Smith before the slap! But I can’t go with him now.” As Stephen himself admitted, because of the slap, he cannot let Smith play his character in the biopic.
