According to a recent report from TMZ, the ‘Bully’ artist Ye is back in action to expand his land portfolio after several real estate clearances over the last few years. As per property records, the latest addition is a $35 million mansion in Beverly Park North, a gated community in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The brand-new home is 20,000 square feet with 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms on a 7-acre plot

The luxurious asset boasts an entertainment pavilion connected to the main crib. The panel consists of everything extravagant, including a pool area that puts every high-end resort property to shame with cascading waterfalls, separate pools for swimming laps, and a pool house with a gazebo. Additionally, the mansion has a paddle tennis court on the grounds that could become his children’s favorite corner.

While the property is truly one of a kind, it turns out that the rapper snagged a great deal on this property, especially since another buyer paid significantly more than Ye to secure a place in the neighborhood.

According to TMZ’s recent report, Ye purchased the Beverly Hills mansion in an off-market deal since Honey co-founder, George Ruan, splurged a staggering $44 million just last week for a property in the same neighborhood. Moreover, the records prove that the rapper bought the property under the same LLC he used to sell his Malibu home some time ago

Gigi Gharai of Coldwell Banker Real Estate reportedly represented the seller on this transaction while Jacob Green, The Altman Brothers’ partner at Douglas Elliman represented the ‘Bully’ rapper. Although the neighborhood has seen tons of celebrities from Sylvester Stallone to Justin Bieber, call it their home, it goes without saying that with Ye’s new crib around the corner, the star appeal may have taken an uptick for good reason.
