In late December 2022, Ye, formerly Kanye West, married Bianca Censori in a secretive ceremony. Soon after, the couple headed for a months-long stay in Tokyo and seemingly never returned to the US as they hopped borders with their footprints spanning across continents. However, for a majority of that globe-trotting affair, they flew along with rumors that the rapper’s move came in resonance with his ongoing work on an upcoming album which held true to a certain degree.

Keeping aside the professional angle, of all the places that they did tour in each other's company, one bore the tag of being the most expensive of all.

For a major chunk of 2023, the ‘Donda’ singer’s life went ahead with some sort of radio silence as he moved without any single self-update owing to a hiatus from social media. Amidst this private layer of his life, most of the tidbits surrounding him and his visits came from the paparazzi. Over the course of their whirlwind tour, Ye and Bianca Censori briefly rented out Sting's 16th-century estate, Il Palagio, in Tuscany, Italy, which bears the tag of their most expensive vacation outing yet.

The couple’s stay in Italy happened sometime during mid-2023 and remains infamous for controversies. Regardless, their stay in the 16th-century villa came complete with a private lake, a pool, tennis courts, beehives, and a breathtaking view. Expectedly, the rapper might have shelled out close to a fortune as web listings mention a price tag of at least $65,000 for a one-week stay. Furthermore, the prices could be dramatically even higher as reports also mentioned them throwing parties at the estate.

In December, Ye and Bianca Censori marked a public appearance alongside the rapper’s kids and his collaborators at a Miami rave to preview the hotly-awaited ‘Vultures’ album. Thereafter, the 46-year-old announced three volumes of it and dropped the first of it to much fanfare in February. Additionally, the album also saw career highs for the ‘Flashing Lights’ singer with ‘Carnival’ going on to become a unanimous hit.

Weeks later, the second and third volumes of ‘Vultures’ have missed their drop dates by a big stretch. Meanwhile, Ye plans to take to the Saqqara Pyramids in Egypt to hold a listening party and satisfy fans’ qualms. Fortunately, despite a cancellation scare, the show appears to still be on the cards, paving the way for some new music potentially incoming for the fandom.
