Davis’s career breakthrough journeyed from comedy clubs to the cinematic

pal, DeRay Davis. In a quick run-in interview with TMZ at the Los Angeles
Airport, Davis acknowledged how “insane” it was to be a part of the rave. The
comedian said how the event was embracing a “rock star quality” with its
star-studded appearances. Additionally, Davis also gave an opinion on West’s
“passion” for rapping. 



The actor did not shy away from the shower of admiration when he claimed “he’d
have 10 albums right now if we had music behind everything he’s ever said.”.
During the conversation, Davis even praised Ty Dolla $ign and Bump J’s verses
and further declared that North West is “10 times better than Ye will be”. With
acknowledgment from both parties being in such proximity, it is now evident that
the appreciation flows both ways, akin to buddies in arms.
