Kanye West is the king of attracting attention even when he does not intend to. And that hasn’t changed since last year when he had to deal with Adidas break-up and a very public divorce. And these were followed by his ban on Twitter. Following his anti-Semitic comments, the American rapper was banned from Twitter. Receiving one last warning to back down, the rapper failed to hold it for more than a week and got banned. And his recent comeback on Twitter after eight long months seems nothing less than eventful. This time the attention got drawn from his long-time supporter, Ty Dolla $ign.

A confused and curious $ign took to Twitter and asked Ye, “@kanyewest you unfollowed me?” This came after Ye joined the platform back. Seems like the friend and supporter of the Donda Academy owner was unsure why he was not followed anymore. Given their history and collaborations on songs like ‘Ego Death’, $ign has also shown support for Ye’s music following his anti-Semitic comments last year. However, Ye did not single out $ign as he unfollowed everybody on Twitter. With 31.6 million followers, the ‘Donda’ singer’s following count remains zero. 

While this year seems to be lifting up for the better for the rapper, he has just started to get a hold back on all his ventures. Yeezy is taking off at a better note. He is even producing new music for it. Added to this is the daily dose of West that we shall get. But it is all revamped. No more old tweets, and definitely no more of last year. 

And with $ign’s curiosity came the ensemble of their fans, with hilarious comments and only good vibes. 

Fans reassure $ign after Kanye West unfollows him

The fans came to ‘Oh Nah’ singer’s rescue. They sent very hearty reassurances and even dropped an occasional funny remark. Some smart ones also figured out that $ign must be working on a new song with the Yeezy owner, since he especially noticed. And others simply went said that he was “cool.”

And of course, others playfully asked the American singer to give him updates.

To say Twitter is having a field day with the new update on Ye’s Twitter account would be an understatement.
