The fan phenomenon known as Swifties has evolved from being just a global fanbase into a roster of notable individuals who identify as Taylor Swift fans. Similarly, just as the ongoing Eras Tour has kept fans’ calendars busy for a while, it has also transformed into a high-profile, prestigious event featuring remarkable attendees. Her latest stop in Stockholm during the Eras Tour featured such a noteworthy presence that it reinforced the idea that Swift’s concerts are not merely casual events, but grand gatherings of influential personalities.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour continued its international journey on Saturday in Sweden with the second of the three shows scheduled in Stockholm. For the second night in Stockholm, Swift attended to a special guest at the arena- the Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulf Kristersson. Earlier, on Thursday, at the beginning of her three-stop Eras Tour in Stockholm, Kristersson extended a “warm welcome” to the pop star with an Instagram post to initiate a grand entry to the nation.

In the post made by Kristersson, the entity laid bare that his identity as a Swiftie is “no secret”. However, he ensured that the hook of the welcome letter was beneficial to his motherland as he quickly shifted the focus to how it could profit the Swedish economy. It is no news that the 34-year-old injected a positive havoc in Sydney’s economy this year with her Eras Tour as the streak was earlier maintained throughout her last year’s concert schedule.
