Demi Lovato has revealed that her husband, Jordan Lutes, brought serenity into her life. Love stories in Hollywood usually arrive with a press release and a flashy ring, yet this one started with two people holding hands on an outing in 2022. Lovato was busy preparing a new album at the time, and nobody guessed that outing would lead to a wedding. Four years later, she has plenty to say.
While most Hollywood romances fade before the credits roll, Lovato is explaining how one musician turned her chaos into calm.

Demi Lovato says Jordan Lutes brought serenity into her life, and she sounded certain. The Canadian musician married the singer in May 2025, and the couple recently marked their first anniversary. Lovato also credited her personal growth and treatment with helping her embrace the love she had always hoped to find.
“I think he brought so much peace and joy and serenity into my life,” she said on the Street You Grew Up On podcast.
She then added, “I do feel like I’ve found my home in him,” a clear sign of trust.

On the Street You Grew Up On podcast, Kerry Washington asked how Lovato found calm after mental health and a******* struggles. Lovato credited her own self-work, treatment, and soul-searching, saying that work prepared her to appreciate Lutes when he arrived. She also said she values her relationships above everything, including career wins. A trophy cannot wag its tail, and coming home to her dogs and husband brings her joy.
While Lovato happily swaps the spotlight for a peaceful home, Halloween is around the corner, and last year she proved peace never stopped her from raising a little chaos.
Demi Lovato dug up Poot Lovato for Halloween
Last Halloween, Demi Lovato dug up Poot Lovato, the fictional twin born from an overexposed fan photo that went viral in 2015. Nearly a decade later, the singer turned that meme into a costume and posted the reveal on Instagram. Her caption joked that she had been so locked into her current era that she decided to let Poot out. The post blew up instantly, proving few stars reclaim jokes better.

Lovato is far from alone in treating Halloween as a stage for reinvention. Katy Perry has served snack-inspired chaos, Heidi Klum keeps building full creature transformations, Beyoncé once channeled Toni Braxton, and Ariana Grande slipped into The Twilight Zone. Each costume doubles as a time capsule of internet humor. Lovato can bring a meme back from the grave, yet Jordan Lutes is the one who brought peace into her house.
