On Kanye West’s Birthday, Mike Dean Shares a Major Throwback to Their Donda 2 Days, and Fans Are in Awe

It is Kanye West’s [https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/kanye-west/] birthday
today, and people are remembering him through his work. Ever since the early
2000s, the rapper has spoken through his work, whether it be as a producer or a
rapper. Not just fans, but even fellow celebrities are singing his praises
often. He brought a curve into the rap world, making music that was more classy
by adding different elements to it.

Today, he mostly avoids the paparazzi, as things changed drastically in his
personal and professional life. While dropping a song here and there, his last
proper album by him was in 2022, ‘Donda.’ Despite such a long stretch, fans
never leave a chance to remember him through his old work and still feel
mesmerized by it. On the occasion of his birthday today, hip-hop producer Mike
Dean looked back at ‘Donda 2’ days.

MIKE DEAN’S GLIMPSE OF KANYE WEST THROUGH A THROWBACK VIDEO

Working on an album takes team effort, cooperation, and a lot of emotional
investment. It is a journey and for musical producer Mike Dean, a journey to
remember. He recently shared a photo on Instagram from the time they all say
together to make ‘Donda 2’. “What a crazy time“, he captioned the picture where
Ye could be seen sitting at the back. Fellow producer Thomas Mikalin was also
tagged in the photo. Being a legendary hip-hop producer himself, Dean is known
for his bond with Ye.

‘Graduation, Life of Pablo, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Yeezus’, etc are
some songs that they produced together. Having the same fields, Ye’s
unpredictability is something he has dealt with. Like the one time the rapper
scrapped his album ‘Ye’ and started over. However, Dean stressed that how with
Ye everything would work out in the end in a conversation with Nile Rodgers.
