As Taylor Swift cements her place in history with the achievements of 'The Tortured Poets Department', Nicki Minaj joins the competitive ranks with her single 'FTCU'. Currently leading the Billboard Charts of Hot 100 artists and songs, Minaj took to social media to call for a dual celebration for her industry peer Swift, who has been dominating the charts with remarkable momentum. Minaj emphasized her own milestone of surpassing the 27th position on the list while acknowledging Swift's achievement of surpassing 2 million sales within a week of the record's release, dubbing her "QUEEN SAG TAYLOR."

Minaj shared a Forbes commendation applauding her selling power in the music industry, attributed to her devoted fanbase. She further noted that only two songs managed to earn a plus sign when Swift released her record, underscoring the significance of her achievement in standing toe-to-toe with the pop sensation. As for now, Swift holds the third position on the Hot 100 Artists chart, while Minaj occupies the 19th position. Apart from this, the Eras Tour singer holds 31 spots in the Hot 100 Songs while Minaj’s ‘FTCU’ reigns in the 53rd position this week.

Taylor Swift might be the vinyl queen in the pop circle, but Nicki Minaj is the catalyst for vinyl’s resurgence in the rap game. Hence, Minaj’s support for Swift stems from this shared religion of their love for music. While this time she ensured that the crown went to the pop star, before this as well, Minaj shared her affinity for her music. Back in December, when Swift was named Spotify's Artist of the Year, the rap icon took to social media to commend her "great music" and unwavering fan base.

Minaj commended Swift for her well-deserved accolade, affectionately referring to her again as "SAG QUEEN TAYLOR". Additionally, when a fan inquired about a potential collaboration with Swift, Minaj responded enthusiastically, stating she would do so "in a heartbeat." Her commendation at that time closely followed her achievements with 'Pink Friday 2', and this time, it coincides with her success on the Billboard Charts with her single 'FTCU'. Therefore, it's reasonable to assert that Minaj knows how to graciously share the throne like a true queen.
