Camila Cabello is about to kick off a fresh chapter in her musical saga. And this time around, it will be more than just an album drop. The upcoming project will be a heartfelt tribute to her origins and a colorful celebration of Miami's culture. Much more than just music, it will be a complete reimagining of the artist herself, as evidenced by her move of hitting the reset button on her Instagram feed ahead of this new era.

What really came as a surprise was, however, a recent shoutout from none other than Lana Del Rey, a musical titan with whom Cabello was once rumored to have had a bit of a spat.

This album includes the lead single, 'I Luv It,' set to drop soon. The writing has ignited conjecture among fans, with many suggesting that the caption could reveal the title of the much-anticipated album. However, many also feel the name is going to be "CXOXO" on the album, which is also written under her name. But what made the post especially surprising was the alleged beef between the two singers a few years back.

Lana Del Rey has been pitted against many of her contemporaries, including, Taylor Swift. But the controversy with Camila Cabello started when the 27-year-old teased her project, 'Romance', on her social media account. She dropped a short video with the question, “What do I know about love?" followed by a monologue where she shared insights she has gained on the topic. In reaction, Del Rey jumped in with a confused "What the hell" - a response that stirred speculation among fans, taken by many as throwing shade.

Rey's fans quickly pointed out similarities between Cabello's teaser and the 2012 ‘Ride’ video, labeling Cabello's project as a "rip-off". Del Rey, however, wasted no time in addressing the speculation and putting an end to any rumors of a potential feud between the two artists. “I meant what the hell in a good way”, she explained in response to a fan's query on Instagram. “As in it's so good”, she added. And with this latest shout-out, it is now abundantly clear that there is absolutely no beef between the two singers, "rip-off".
