Ye started off his music career by freestyling in the early 2000s. Soon, with his first Grammy Award and speech back in 2005, the singer went on scripting highs. However, West had one more area of interest as well – fashion. The rapper was deeply dedicated to learning fashion design in the late 2000s. In order to get started, the ‘Flashing Lights’ singer sought the help of acclaimed fashion professor Louise Wilson. However, in 2014, Wilson unfortunately passed away. Subsequently, in a BBC Radio 1 interview, the rapper broke down while talking about his late mentor.

Professor Wilson of the Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design in London was a master at fashion. She had apparently taught West to follow his passion and thus guided him to start his fashion line, Yeezy. The rapper has also claimed that his brand’s tie-ups with Adidas and Gap were Wilson’s brainchild. As such, West remained close to the fashion maestro all the way to the time of her unfortunate passing. Moreover, it also showcased that Kanye West also had a lesser-known vulnerable emotional side as well.
Meanwhile, West was recently on the news for showcasing his more controversial side to the public in Italy. Additionally, he is also on the verge of his new album.
After Italy’s outrage, Ye is now focusing on teasing fans with new music clues
Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, courted an Italian controversy a few weeks back. The couple called for massive public outrage and a lifetime ban by a Venetian boat company. Following it, West soon jumped borders over to Berlin, London, and now, Madrid. Interestingly, while West used London as a ground to preview his new music, his visits to Berlin and Madrid have yet unknown.
