changed the way rap music was made and consumed ever since his entry into the
field in the early 2000s. Despite competition from old and young artists, he
remains a trending figure for everything, including his music. What started as a
career in production has now turned him into a multi-talented musician.

From forming collaborations to rivalries, Ye has come out as glorious in
everything he did. While he tops a lot of lists, a recent one had him beat in
the ranks by this Canadian rival rapper with a net worth of $260 million.


WHO IS THE CANADIAN RAPPER THAT BEAT KANYE WEST IN THIS TOP RAPPER LIST?

There are a few rivals that Kanye West is often in competition with. One such is
a Canadian rapper that he has shared a long history of love and rivalry. Even
when it comes to music, there is a constant battle of who is the best between
the two. Now according to Spotify, Ye has been toppled by the artist for a top
rap list by none other than ‘Hotline Bling’ singer Drake. The latter proved to
be a king, by ranking at number. 1 on the list of Spotify’s list of rappers with
the most hits in the platform’s history.

Ye landed on the list to take the third position, right after Eminem who came
second. Although Ye managed to beat the likes of Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, and
Kendrick Lamar. Nicki Minaj was the only female rapper to be in the top ten
amongst the list of twenty-five rappers.

Now Ye and Drake have always shared a complicated history. They have publicly
admired each other’s music and are often in close proximity to any top rap list.
But there is a constant comparison between them to see who is the best.

Interestingly enough the Canadian was one-upped recently by West in another
Spotify list.
