Amidst Kanye West's 'Vultures 2' delay

How the Production Cost of Kanye West’s Most Expensive Album Stacks up Against ‘Vultures 1’

In the world of music, the cost of producing an album can vary dramatically
depending on who the artist is, the scale of the project, and a slew of creative
decisions made along the way. With artists like Kanye West
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/kanye-west] tending to go all out with his
projects, each project seemed to spend more than the last. However, out of Ye’s
10 studio albums, there was one that seemed to max out his production limit.

While most people would expect it to be the 46-year-old’s most recent ‘Vultures
1’ album, it ended up being a classic fan favorite that was still adored over a
decade after its release.

KANYE WEST’S MOST EXPENSIVE ALBUM

Over the years, Kanye West has given his fans many iconic tracks and memorable
albums. Although all of them have been popular with his fanbase, there was one
that the rapper seemed to put more effort into than the rest. However, it was
not one of his newer albums. Instead, it was the beloved 2010 album, ‘My
Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’. The production cost of the album wound up
costing $3 million for its stunning music videos, like the one for his song,
‘Runaway’ and more.

For years now, Ye’s fifth studio album has been his most expensive one. However,
that could change once the 46-year-old releases the cost breakdowns of his most
recent project, ‘Vultures 1’. With the collaborative album putting the Yeezy
creator back to the top of Spotify charts
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/music-news-kanye-west-surpasses-drake-and-the-weeknd-to-secure-this-spotify-rank-a-day-after-vultures-1/]
just days after its release, it might just wind up being his most expensive
project considering that it has been split into three parts.

With Ye focusing on his listening parties and withholding details about the
anticipated second and third part drop, fans might have to wait until all the
albums are out before figuring out which one could be the rapper’s most
expensive.

WHEN WILL KANYE WEST’S ‘VULTURES 2’ AND ‘VULTURES 3’ BE RELEASED?

Last year, Kanye West had promised to drop a new album. However, his ‘Vultures
1’ album ran into multiple unforeseen delays and wound up being released only
last month. Shortly before its drop, it was announced that Ye would have two
follow-up albums, ‘Vultures 2’ and ‘Vultures 3’, coming out just months later.
The second part was scheduled to be released on March 8th but was delayed as the
Yeezy creator was “in the lab.”

With the second installment being delayed till potentially May 3rd, there is no
saying when fans could expect it to make its way online. The third album was
stated to be dropping on April 5th. However, it too could face an unexpected
delay if the rapper and Ty Dolla $ign have not released ‘Vultures 2’ yet.
