A massive crowd descends upon the Colorado Desert each year to witness the paradise of the music world, Coachella. From rock and pop to EDM, the annual music festival is packed with star-studded performances and celebrity appearances. Legends like Lady Gaga, Post Malone, Ed Sheeran, Travis Scott, and Megan Thee Stallion have previously performed in the festival.

But has Taylor Swift, who is known for her grand and theatrical concerts, ever graced the stage at Coachella?

Taylor Swift’s aura and electrifying live performances across her concerts, such as The Eras Tour, can be felt even through a screen. However, she is yet to bring that same energy to Coachella, as she has never performed at the festival in her nearly two-decade-long career. That said, she has attended Coachella quite a few times to support her artist friends.

Back in 2024, the Grammy-winning artist Taylor Swift attended the desert festival with her now fiancé, Travis Kelce. Before that, she was also spotted at the event in 2016. While she has never taken the stage at Coachella, the singer has performed at several other major festivals during her career.

She has appeared at the V Festival in the United Kingdom and Japan’s Summer Sonic Festival. Although Swift is yet to join the Coachella artists lineup, this year’s edition was a massive event. Justin Bieber, Sabrina Carpenter, and Karol G put on an impressive performance, even featuring surprising guest appearances.

Sabrina Carpenter pulled off a grand set design for the event, paying homage to Hollywood. She also built a massive “Sabrinawood’ sign for the show. Before her equally grand performance, she spoke to Marc Jacobs for Perfect Magazine, talking about the tremendous amount of effort she put into designing the set.

“It’s the most ambitious show I’ve ever done,” she said. “It’s probably the most time I’ve ever had to actually just sit down and talk about a show as I’m building it.”

She performed several of her hits, including 'Busy Woman', 'Manchild', 'When Did You Get Hot?', and 'Please Please Please'. While surprise appearances from Will Ferrell and Samuel L. Jackson were exciting for the crowd, she also had plenty of support from her friends. Kylie Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and Blackpink’s Rosé were among those spotted in attendance. All in all, she has raised the bar with her performance.
