While it is easy to assume that celebrities automatically make the list, it begs the question- what does it take to get invited, and who decides who’s in? Speaking with PEOPLE at the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix on Nov. 22, Flavor Flav shared that no wedding invite has arrived from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. The 66-year-old rapper admitted he never truly expected one, but that does not mean the snub did not sting. Even so, he made it clear there is no bitterness on his end, only support for the superstar couple.

“No, I didn't get an invite to the wedding. I ain't expect one. You know what I'm saying? The whole nine,” Flav said. He further talked about how the couple has his blessings. 

“But they know they got my blessings and if she invites me, you dig? All right. I'm going. King Swiftie going to be at the wedding,” he shared with PEOPLE. 

The hip-hop star has long embraced his identity as the self-proclaimed 'King Swiftie,' a title fans gave him after years of openly celebrating Taylor Swift’s music. His fandom goes back well before he met her at the iHeartRadio Awards in 2023, and it only grew after reconnecting at the Grammys in 2024. He was a frequent attendee at the Eras Tour shows, including one where Swift gave him a personal shout-out.

While King Swiftie got no invite for the wedding, when will Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce finally say “I do”?

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce set the internet ablaze in the summer of 2023 as rumors of their romance began swirling, before the two made their relationship official. Fans were taken even deeper into their love story when the couple shared photos from their engagement in August 2025. And recently, Page Six revealed earlier this month that the couple will be having a summer wedding on June 13, 2026, at posh Ocean House in Watch Hill, RI.  

While the wedding exhausation has been in for Swift has already given the intensity of her packed schedule, the anticipation for the same remains high for the wedding.
