Alan Jackson performed his final concert, titled Last Call: One More for the Road – The Finale, in Nashville, the city where he launched his career. The show took place on Saturday night (June 27, 2026) at Nissan Stadium. A star-studded lineup of performers also joined the country music icon.
Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, George Strait, Carrie Underwood, Lainey Wilson, Little Big Town, Thomas Rhett, Jake Owen, Jon Pardi, and Lee Ann Womack were in attendance. The farewell concert was expected to be an emotional moment for fans who had followed Jackson throughout his career and personal health struggles. In 2021, the singer revealed that he was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a group of inherited genetic conditions that damage the nerves.
He shared that he inherited the condition from his father, who passed away in 2000 from a ruptured aorta. Although Jackson was diagnosed with the disease in 2011, he did not publicly disclose it until 2021. Despite the diagnosis, Jackson has continued to perform on stage. However, the condition has caused him to experience balance issues, making it increasingly difficult to manage the demands of touring and live performances.
“It’s been affecting me for years,” he said on the Today Show in 2021. “And it’s getting more and more obvious. I know I’m not going to be able to tour like I have,” he has shared.
While thousands of fans filled Nissan Stadium to witness his final performance in person, many more will be able to follow the farewell concert from afar.
