Charlamagne tha God opened up about Ye’s ongoing beef with Drake in the latest episode of The Breakfast Club. During their talk, he revealed that the 'Donda' rapper has been carrying a torch for animosity against Drake for much longer than fans might think. "Kanye West is the leader of the legion of lame," Charlamagne said. "What a hating a** human”. He called out Ye for making the remix of 'Like That' as a diss track to ensure Drake’s "elimination", as the 'Vultures' creator spilled in a recent chat with Justin Laboy.

The radio host also had some advice for Kendrick Lamar, Future, and Metro Boomin: "Run from Kanye". Charlamagne mentioned that the whole beef was entertaining until Ye decided to jump in with his “jealous, envious a**". In the midst of all the hip-hop drama, a leaked track by Drake titled ‘Push Ups' unexpectedly appeared online some time back. And recently, Ye also shared his thoughts on the infamous 20-V-1 rap battle with Drake.

In the track ‘Push Ups’, Drake brought up the question of whether the 2024 hip-hop beef is a face-off of 20 against 1. Ye, in his talk on The Download podcast, aired his frustrations about Drake, saying, “I’m tired of this guy f***ing with me”. Labeling himself as “invincible”, the rapper confidently stated that he would "tear the head off" whoever they thought was running the show.

He had also revealed that Future had reached out to him to amp up the situation, aiming to take down Drake. “Pluto called me, I went to the studio and laid that,” said Ye. If this beef escalates, there is a possibility that even Charlamagne might find himself in the crosshairs of lyrical punches from the participants in the hip-hop feud, if he continues to chime in.
