Kanye West is ready to release his new album but faces some distribution problem as big names step back from partnering with him.

Big Labels Look Away as Kanye West Plans to Distribute His New Album, 3 Years After Donda

The last few months have been a wild ride for Kanye West
[https://www.netflixjunkie.com/tag/kanye-west] fans. The hype for his new album
has been the only thing that took over their minds amidst the controversies. The
frequent leaks and previews only added to the hype as to what the album would be
like. Ever since ‘Donda 2,’ this will be the rapper’s next big thing. The album
was with alternate tracks and a bevy of guests, including Jay-Z, The Weeknd, Kid
Cudi, Travis Scott, and DaBaby, brought Ye many accolades.

Just when fans are closer to getting another such iconic album, the rapper does
not have the support of big labels in distribution.

BIG LABELS OPT-OUT AS KANYE WEST SHOPS FOR NEW ALBUM DISTRIBUTORS

Billboard sources recently revealed
[https://www.billboard.com/pro/kanye-west-new-album-ty-dolla-sign-shopping-distributors/]that
the former billionaire and his collaborator, Ty Dolla $ign are looking for
distributing partners. In fact, the duo has taken five different offers under
consideration for the release already. As per one source, the music mogul will
“make a decision soon,” while another revealed how the album release was
originally going to release on October 13. Before any distributor goes ahead
with one of the ‘Famous’ rappers’ best work in the last 5 years post ‘Ye,’ they
need to weigh down the pros and cons.

This will mark the first release since he called upon the fury of people on
himself with antisemitic remarks. The controversy has certainly affected his
image in the industry and some label leaders do not want to partner with him
tells Billboard. But the singer still has options and companies like Too Lost
made an offer to him. This is the same distribution and publishing company that
holds the rights to his music on YouTube.

The outlet also pointed out the reason why major brands are staying out of the
deal. And all of that narrows down to his infamous controversies.

YE’S CONTROVERSIES HIT AT HIM AGAIN

Fans could not forget how all the major brands severed their ties with Kanye
West after his antisemitic remarks. Adidas who made millions from his unique
line, Yeezy took the hard decision, putting aside their profits. Now production
houses are doing the same because his actions are unpredictable. However,
Billboard has confirmed that the new album does not touch on antisemitism or any
recent controversies. Without any controversial lyrics, Ye has higher chances

Fans should tighten their seat belt for streaming tracks as the release has
almost arrived on the horizon. It is only a matter of time before the ‘Praise
God’ singer finally takes the offer of one of the companies. Until he comes up
with his new album, the rapper will be sweetening the deal with his upcoming
concert in Italy.
