The legendary Dominican singer Alex Bueno recently died at the age of 62. For context, Bueno has been battling cancer publicly for the last few years. Bueno was diagnosed with a small brain tumor in September 2025 and relocated to the US for treatment. The day before his death, rumors of his deteriorating condition flooded the Dominican media, and an update was posted on his Instagram account. 

The update said Bueno had successful surgery in the United States and was on the road to recovery. However, three weeks ago his condition worsened and has not improved since. Additionally, his sodium and blood pressure dropped dramatically, and his health deteriorated, complicating his clinical condition severely.
