selling his Malibu house. Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim has listed the
property for $53 Million which was less than the price the singer purchased it
for. The American real estate broker told the outlet that the pop icon removed
the home’s interiors and installing new finishes would cost.

concierge, a private theatre, a temperature-controlled pool, and a plush
