Ye Offloads $3M Calabasas Condo From Kim Kardashian Split Amid Soaring Tax Troubles

It has been several years since Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and Kim Kardashian ended their marriage, yet the storm they left behind has not settled. Instead of fading quietly, the tension seems to grow stronger in silence, far from the glare of cameras. In a world where heartbreaks become hashtags, their story refuses to be forgotten. What began as a glamorous union and ended in courtroom figures has once again crept back into the headlines, with bad blood and monetary settlements reigniting old flames.
Amid mounting tax woes, Ye is unloading a luxe property once handed to him by ex-wife Kim Kardashian during their high-profile split.

Ye is parting ways with a luxurious Calabasas condo he received in his 2022 split from Kim Kardashian, while reportedly owing over $60,000 in unpaid property taxes. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home was recently listed for $2.95 million, after Ye purchased it in 2017 for $1.6 million. As reported by The US Sun, the 2,260-square-foot residence is tucked inside the gated Avanti community. Designed by Belgian architect Vincent Van Duysen, the space features oak flooring, minimalist plaster walls, and bespoke high-end finishes.

Despite its upscale charm, Ye has not paid property taxes on the Calabasas condo since 2023, with records labeling it “delinquent” and over $60,000 owed. It forms part of a larger $300,000 tax debt linked to his California real estate. Although Ye retained three properties post-divorce, sources claim he never lived in them. Meanwhile, he recently purchased a lavish $35 million estate in Beverly Hills with Bianca Censori.
Ye and wife Bianca Censori officially settled into their extravagant Beverly Hills estate, months after the rapper quietly snapped up the $35 million mega-mansion tucked in the hills.

As per The US Sun, Ye, 48, returned to Los Angeles after an extended stay in Tokyo and settled into a $35 million mansion with his wife, Bianca Censori. The couple, who secretly married in late 2022, were back in the spotlight, especially after the Grammys controversy, where Censori’s daring look stunned audiences. Ye was later seen cruising through the city in twin chrome Mercedes Maybachs. Sources claimed he was determined to stay visible while embracing life in their lavish new home.

A second source confirmed Ye is frequently seen leaving his gated Beverly Hills estate alongside Bianca Censori. The sprawling 20,000-square-foot mansion, tucked within 6.8 acres, features 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, and was crafted by famed architect Richard Landry, often hailed as the "King of the Megamansion." The off-market purchase was made under the same LLC used to offload his Malibu home. With a private security pavilion and celebrity neighbors like Adele, Ye now lives undisturbed. As he parts with Kim Kardashian’s condo, he fully embraces his new chapter with Censori.
