In her upcoming It Ends With Us trial against co-star and director Justin Baldoni, Blake Lively has officially mentioned Taylor Swift as one of the potential witnesses. Lively claimed that the pop sensation could bring “discoverable information” to the impending trial. Swift, who has contributed to the movie's soundtrack, could potentially bring insider insights to the trial starting March 9, 2026. Her testimony could focus on “the parties' alleged conduct; complaints or discussions about the work environment or conduct on the set of the Film," according to Deadline.

As the high-stakes case comprises allegations of workplace harassment, retaliation, a smear campaign, and control, Swift's insights on the film's production editing, final cut, publicity, and the overall creative process behind the film could bring substantial information to the trial. Meanwhile, the unsealed documents showed Lively's huge claim of $161 million in actual losses, which could balloon to nearly $500 million under punitive damages if Lively's motion for triple damages is granted, per the outlet. With the help of her high-profile witness list, Lively might have a trump card up her sleeve.
