League of Legends developer Riot Games and Netflix have announced a new animated series titled Arcane with a short video teasing it.
Riot Games announced many various big projects last year to celebrate its 10th year. Those projects included many games like VALORANT and more upcoming ones alongside a new animated series. We have not heard from that series for a long time. Meanwhile, Netflix released its popular <a href="https://netflixjunkie.com/?s=dota+dragons+blood">Dota 2 anime</a> which proved that video game animations are more than welcome on Netflix. Now, Netflix and Riot Games shared the official announcement video for their <a href="https://gamezo.co.uk/arcane-league-of-legends-tv-series-coming-to-netflix-in-fall-2021/">new animated series Arcane</a>.
They did not announce when they&#8217;re going to release it for certain. However, we have a release window that&#8217;s relatively soon.
<h4>What is Arcane about?</h4>
The animated series is going to be about a story from League of Legends lore. In the short announcement video, we see Jinx and Vi in action. We know from the game&#8217;s background that those two have a history. While Vi is a policewoman working to protect Piltover, Jinx is a loose cannon, or punk, who likes to break havoc. Jinx is known for pulling some &#8220;pranks&#8221; on Piltover&#8217;s wealthy class, and those pranks can sometimes be criminally dangerous. Vi, on the other hand, is someone who gets things done. She is known as &#8220;The Piltover Enforcer.&#8221; We will probably see champions like Caitlyn who are related to Vi and Jinx&#8217;s story in Arcane.
We will probably get to know the story better when we get an official teaser or a trailer.

From the creators of League of Legends comes a new animated series, Arcane. Set in the utopian region of Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two iconic League champions-and the power that will tear them apart.
