Will Smith Starrer Upcoming Video Game, Undawn, Has an Uncanny Resemblance With His 2007 Iconic Film

With the advancing time, the entertainment industry has been collaborating with
surrounding industries as well. We have seen many films or series taking
inspiration from video games and vice versa. Actors are being drawn to exceed in
their careers while joining hands with different industries as well. While Ryan
Reynolds [http://netflixjunkie.com/tag/ryan-reynolds/] joined hands with sports,
Will Smith joined the video game league. The Oscar-winning actor is coming up in
a video game. Surprisingly, it has an uncanny resemblance to his 2007 film.

Throughout his career, Smith has portrayed many iconic characters. He has even
gotten a big recognition for them as well. However, now the actor moves on to
another journey. Reportedly, Smith stars in a survival game named Undawn. The
developers of the game, Lightspeed Studios, and Level Infinite, released a new
trailer where Smith leads the team as Trey Jones. It seems the video game
character is similar to his 2007 film, I Am Legend.

WILL SMITH STARS IN THE I AM LEGEND-LIKE VIDEO GAME, UNDAWN

Undawn is an open-world survival game that encourages players to search for
resources, construct bases, and join forces with other players as they strive to
survive in a world that has been altered by radiation. Players have the
opportunity to pre-register for early access to the game and receive rewards,
and the game had a closed beta testing period in April. As fans watched the
trailer of the game, they found an uncanny resemblance to Smith’s film, I Am
Legend.

The post-apocalyptic film sees the King Richard actor surviving against the
blood-thirsty zombies. Similarly, in the game as well, Trey Jones is going to
help save the survivors from the uninvited evils. “We are not your dinner.
Period,” says Smith in the official trailer that he also posted. Fighting the
mutants and saving the survivors is something Smith has done before as Robert
Neville.
