Unlike many stars’ social media accounts, the Bad Boys star always keeps sharing things that go viral. Surprisingly, his newest finding from the most buzzing platform has left the actor stunned.

The American superstar recently turned to Instagram to share a fan tweet depicting a crazy Aladdin-themed car. In the post,  the user wondered why “the car has a vinyl wrap of Will Smith as Genie?” Joining the likes of fans, he wrote “Honestly, me too” in the caption. The decal brought back all the memories that this iconic interpretation left viewers in the 2019 musical fantasy Aladdin.

Many might remember how the first reveal of Smith as the Blue Genie left fans crazy over the internet. Although the movie did receive mixed reviews from critics, everyone applauded the Oscar winner for his enchanting performance. Not to mention, the movie turned out to be a huge box office success. Grossing more than $1 billion worldwide, it became the ninth highest-grossing film of 2019.

Following the Oscar fiasco, his return to this iconic role seemed bleak, but the creators have supported him during this time. Therefore, fans will again get to see him cracking jokes and fulling the wishes of his owner. The only twist in the story is that he might have some competition this time.

Will Smith is not the only Genie in Aladdin 2

Will Smith is reprising his role as the Genie in Disney’s Aladdin 2. However, there will be multiple genies joining him. These characters will be played by big-name actors. As of now, names have not been revealed nor what storyline Guy Richie would like to explore this time.

Considering the debut film showed that Genie turns into a human narrating his backstory to his kids, it is possible the balance of nature might get affected. So the new adaptation might seek him out and ask why he has done this or maybe some bigger evil will turn him back into it. Well, there are infinite possibilities one can think of until the director reveals something.
