About six months ago, Cavill sat down with Cinemablend’s Sean O’Connell to promote Enola Holmes 2. During the conversation, the host asked about his feeling about the John Williams’ score playing in the background during his cameo in Black Adam. In his response, the actor stated that it is of utmost significance to the character because it resonated with him.

“A large portion of the world who hears that will recognize it immediately as Superman and feel a certain way about it,” he said. While he was all praises for Williams’ score, the Immortals star also praised Hans Zimmer’s Man of Steel and how exhilarated he felt watching the first trailer.
